fudge brownies. grilled toots.

fudge brownies. grilled toots.  Stole a post from http://thenatos.blogspot.com/2012/06/fudge-brownies-grilled-toots.html

oh you guys want to eat some gluten free fudge brownies? dairy free too. ya, so do i.
and then i lost some of you right there. you're like, who even cares about gluten! bring on the wheat. i wanna sleep in wheat take a bath in it. and that's ok...these are interchangeable for you wheat lovers. just use regular flour instead of G-free flour. pray about that in your heart.

my mother makes these and i stole the recipe as i do with all my recipes. i made a few small changes though because heaven forbid, i leave a recipe alone.
i like to torture my mother often. like, i stole her phone the other day and instagrammed a few things on her behalf.

the caption was, "i'm super excited about this weeks menu! also i have toe hair. also i just farted."
how do you grill a toot, anyway? well if anyone can do it...it's my mother.
or if i go to a party or shower that my mom's at as well,  i tell people that she smokes drugs.  and usually right on key,  she comes over to say hello. i'm like, this is my mother...that i was telling you about. and she has no idea. she's so spunky and talks with her hands...which only bolsters my previous statements about her.
back to the recipe:

gluten free fudge brownies

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp ground coffee
1tsp vanilla
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour (or regular flour if you aren't G-free)
1/2 teaspoon salt
preheat oven to 350.
put wax paper in the bottom of your baking dish and let the sides hang over so you can pull the whole brownie out after it's cooled.
( for reals, so this or you will be scrubbing your pan for 10-12 days later)
spray with pam too.
in a medium saucepan, melt choco chips, oil, water, ground coffee, cocoa powder. whisk together until all combined. take it off the heat. add vanilla. let cool a little bit while you mix the other stuff.
in a mixing bowl, mix eggs and sugar together. whisk in the chocolate mixture. then fold in flour and salt.
mix well.
put in your prepared pan. and cook for 26 minutes. seriously, it needs to stay in there that long or they will be too gooey.

enjoy my iPhone pictures. i was too lazy to get out the cam cam.
