Catch Up Post - From Most Recent to Oldest

I have been posting on Facebook only because it's so much easier to do.  Here's my catch up post.

Henry is growing like a weed. Very much into wild animals now.  He has a love hate relationship.  He is fascinated but asks all the time if there are coyotes in our house.  He loves watching shows on Alaska and Maine Game Wardens.  He's been going to the child care at the Y while I work out and really loves Awana.  Henry is extremely cautious about the woods because it's hunting season and even gets after Dave for going near them with out orange.  He loves having company and offers people drinks when they arrive and asks the to sit down.

Hudson continues to be most fascinated with balls.  Or any object he can throw.  He also loves dogs and loves music.  He will start dancing (he's quite the dancer) when we turn on music or even if we tap our foot.  He loves to dance to the song "When You're Happy and You know It".   Hudson is still nursing.  At this moment I am trying to wean him from nursing all night.  He's teething, so I think it's his comfort when he wakes up.

I am still working my Melaleuca business.  Going well.  Dave is working at Bank of America and starts his new schedule after training tomorrow.

We have visitors almost everyday which is very nice.  My sister Jana, her new born Vera and Stella will be here today.  We have a friend from Southern Maine tomorrow night and our babysitter spends the night once a week as well.  Never a dull moment.

We plan on teasing Chris about his purse when he gets older.

My friend Bobbie and I have been shooting videos to build our business.  Here's a snap shot from one.

Monday

Today has been a long day... not necessarily bad just long.  Dave is sick and fear I might be coming down with it.  Doesn't make the kids any less cute and active ;).

A Panoramic of our living room so far.

Bobbie and I are attempting 45 days of Paleo.  Day 1 dinner - ground turkey, onions, and sweet potato.

Clapping baby.

Welcome to Maine

My heart is overflowing with so many emotions.  I am so grateful for the doors God has flung open.  Doors of blessing, doors of receiving, doors of ministry.  I thrilled and deeply broken to see friends moving forward in a level of healing the devil thought he would rob from them.  I am prayful for many who are going through so much.  I am so moved and quieted to learn in a deeper way that God is in control and He works everything together for good.  I can't get over it.

I also can't get over my children.  They blow my mind in new ways every day.  Henry continues to be the most social person on the planet.  Very persistent to the point of possible pushing people over the edge ;).  But I love, love, love how passionate he is and how strong and clear his gifts are.  He loves life so much and is so creative and has an incredible imagination.  He also would watch TV 24/7 if allowed.  He talks with just about every person that crosses his path.  He charms perfect strangers on a daily basis.  People fall in love with him in a second.  He is very gifted this way.  And has an incredible sense of humor for his age.

Hudson is very determined in different ways than Henry.  More of a quiet determination that pushes through to whatever he wants until you try to stop and then a storm brews that becomes much more turbulent than anything I saw with Henry at his age.  It usually makes me laugh.  I didn't know that pre 18 month olds could throw such fits.  He also is the most athletic child I have seen for his age.  And I am not the only one who notices.  We have had strangers to him say they would have thought he was much older than he is because of his coordination.  He has a great arm and is a natural soccer player.  He freaks out of his mind of there is ball near him and he is not able to play with it.  He also is so incredibly adorable I can hardly take it.  He is so charming my heart such melts with one look at him.

We are very happy to be back in Maine.  God has really rolled out the red carpet for us.  I have had more help moving into a home than I ever had in my entire life.  My dear friend Bobbie and her friends Barbara and Ashley spent several hours unpacking, lugging, washing woodwork.  I am telling you, they came for days.  I would like to say since then I have completely settled.  Nope.  Still have lots to do.

We also have the greatest baby sitter.  Totally love her.  Her family helped us unpack our truck along with other friends.  We love her.

We have been so busy with visitors and getting situated we have hardly had time to take photos of the house or even play outside much.

The first two weeks we were here we stayed with my mom and have been in our house a little over two weeks.

Here are a few photos...

Warm day today.  The tree fort behind our house in the woods.  We had a great time walking through the woods behind our house today until I remembered it was hunting season.  Dave didn't think it was much of an issue, but I wasn't taking any chances!!

Zebra man trick or treating last night with a group from church.  Henry was trying to negotiate more candy from this guy.

We were all so soaked we had to strip down upon walking through the door.  I was so happy it was raining verses extremely cold.

Hudson broke into a box of milk duds.  You can see the aftermath down his chest.  He hasn't had much of a sweet tooth until last night!

At Aunt Sissie and Uncle Vick's store last night.  Hudson LOVED the dog.

My Lion and Zebra.  My heart melts looking at them.

Seriously?  The cuteness is too much.

Henry getting ready to go to a harvest party at a local church.

Teagan and Christopher have been spending a lot of time with their cousins.  Uncle Dave is a bonus.  They just love him.

I.love.these.boys.  love.

Chicken pumpkin I carved for Henry thanks to Molly's carving party.

Henry started to carve it.
