So thankful for this little nugget who made me a mother. And very grateful to my wonderful mother who showed loyalty, strength, hard work in the face of adversity.

Sushi party last night at my friend Amber’s for her 30th birthday. I got to go solo thanks to my wonderful husband. It was a much needed break after a long Friday with a grumpy 3 year old.

Don’t worry. I didn’t eat any raw fish. LOVED the spicy mayo, crab meat and avocado!!
