Like I, you may be a little hesitant to make OR even taste test this recipe if I had some in front of you. Let me tell you, it’s delicious, inexpensive and healthy.
Ingredients needed: 10 carrots, 2 onions, water (I used bottled water versus over chlorinated city water), olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin, sea salt (I always use sea salt because I have a thyroid issue and my body doesn’t want anymore iodine). I skipped the yogurt and pumpkin seeds.
This soup is excellent. Really worth chopping carrots.
