Lately I have been reading books and lots of information on the pitfuls of eating sugar and refined flour. I know it's SOOOOOOOOO bad for me and I also know it's an addiction because I crave it! I have won many battles (days without sugar) and lost many (today). I am just hoping this war ends soon - and I win! I feel so much better when I am not eating it. Better attitude, more energy, sleep better - the list goes on and on. It's just so comforting in the moment.
