My mother and I are working on a project together. Sooooooo we're doing a little research. My realtor Heather Shields (whom I absolutely love) was kind enough to show us the magnificent piece of real estate at our request. Turns out, we didn't really need her. My mother and I walked right in without out a problem. Imagine that? With this type of palace? Fortunately my mother discovered the half covered hole in the floor before she plummeted to the basement. We knew it needed work from the price - I just wanted to know if the rat poop was included.
