Dr Tony Evans - New Favorite

I have to admit I initially thought I wasn't a into Dr. Tony Evans because he's a loud talker when preaching and it reminded me of the off and on church I went to as a child when they preached the repent message without any grace or anything to attract you to God.  I basically secretly got saved every time I went to church and I think my brother Vinny did too.  We just wanted to be sure we weren't going to hell because that was pretty much the focus when we did go to church.

So back to Tony Evans.  I am in love.  I happened to get gripped by one of his series recently and after hearing part of it, would get so upset when I missed any of it.  It's the series that goes along with the book Destiny, Let God use you like HE made you.  The book just arrived in the mail and I am almost finished.  I highly, highly, highly recommend it.  This guy can preach and teach.  It is right up there with one of the best books I have ever read.  Ever.
