A picture that means so much now…

A note written to me on my first Christmas from my grandmother Charlotte that means so much.

 

Another note – Rye and Tim leave for Dominican Republic and Haiti today.  Pray for them.  Pray their trip will be spiritually fruitful.  Pray they take lots of photos so we can live vicariously through them. 

In Need of a Motivation Recharge

There are so many things I want to do in my house, in my work – I am feeling a little overwhelmed.  So much to do.  Only so many hours in a day.  It’s difficult to eat an elephant even if it’s one bite at a time. 

I love this little settee I found at a lawn sale (pictured above).  An example of something that needs to be refinished.  Just trying to figure out what to do and when.

Thankfully God doesn’t feel the same way about us.  He is so patient.

Save the Date

My Picky Little Eater

I am trying to figure out what Henry likes to eat.  After all, it’s difficult to force a 12 month old to eat something he doesn’t want.   Close to impossible.

We had a fun dinner time after a long day and some pre-dinner screaming.

One for me…

Now, I don’t encourage this.  I do tell him not to, but it is kind of hard not to laugh.

Easter Sunday

After church and lunch, Aunt Sissie had an Easter egg hunt for the kids.  I got to hide the eggs for Sam :).
